📄 REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all programs, concierge services, marine services, and related experiences booked through our website.

1. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.
A deposit secures your reservation, booking, or participation and covers administrative and operational costs.

2. Full Payments

Refunds for full payments may be considered on a case-by-case basis if a written cancellation request is submitted at least [X] days prior to the scheduled start date of the program or service.

Any approved refund may be subject to administrative and payment processing fees.

3. No-Shows and Early Departures

No refunds will be issued for:
• No-shows
• Late arrivals
• Early departures
• Unused services or activities

4. Service and Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or substitute services, activities, schedules, or programs when necessary due to operational, weather-related, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Such changes do not automatically entitle the client to a refund.

5. Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that a program or service is canceled by us and no suitable alternative is offered, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
