1. Services

Golf Camp Elite Academy provides sports training programs, golf camps, concierge services, transportation arrangements, accommodation assistance, marine services, leisure activities, and related experiences.
Submitting a form, inquiry, application, or request does not guarantee participation, reservation, or service availability.
Services are considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued by RepDom LLC.

1. Registration and Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when submitting forms, making inquiries, or booking services.
You are responsible for notifying us of any changes to your information that may affect your booking or participation.

1. Payments

All payments for services are processed by RepDom LLC through secure third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
Participation in programs, bookings, reservations, or services is confirmed only after successful payment and acceptance by RepDom LLC.
Prices may be displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

1. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Specific cancellation and refund terms may apply to individual programs, camps, accommodations, transportation services, excursions, or special events.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits, reservation fees, and processing fees may be non-refundable.
Approved refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.

1. Changes and Availability

RepDom LLC reserves the right to modify, reschedule, replace, postpone, or cancel any service, program, activity, accommodation, transportation arrangement, instructor, schedule, or pricing due to operational requirements, weather conditions, safety concerns, force majeure events, supplier availability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Reasonable efforts will be made to notify affected clients as soon as practicable.

1. Liability and Risk Acknowledgment

Participation in sports activities, golf training, marine activities, transportation services, excursions, and leisure experiences involves inherent risks.
By participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks and confirm that you or your child are physically and medically fit to participate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RepDom LLC, its employees, contractors, partners, instructors, and service providers shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, delays, losses, theft, property damage, or other claims arising from participation in any service or activity.

1. Third-Party Service Providers

Certain services may be provided by independent third-party contractors, including transportation providers, accommodation providers, instructors, captains, guides, restaurants, and activity operators.
RepDom LLC acts as a coordinator and service organizer and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, or performance of independent third-party providers.

1. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, designs, and other materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
