Refund & Cancellation Policy


Deposits


Deposits are non-refundable and secure a participant’s place in the program.


Full Payments


Refunds for full payments may be considered on a case-by-case basis if cancellation is made at least [X] days before the program start date.


No-Shows


No refunds are provided for no-shows or early departures.


Program Cancellation


In the unlikely event that the program is canceled by us, a full refund will be issued.
